One of Mediscribes’ most valued assets is ezVoiceIntelligence (ezVI). ezVoiceIntelligence is a proven dictation / transcription workflow management system that improves the efficiency of the dictation process and enhances productivity. Our transcription platform (WordScript) allows MTs to securely download audio files from our centralized server. When a file is released from the transcriptionists, the audio file as well as transcribed document is transferred from the transcriptionist’s system back to our secure server, leaving no trace behind them.

To add to Mediscribes’ technological flair, we offer speech recognition as one of our cost-effective products. Speech recognition enables us to process dictations three times faster than normal human speed. It helps transcriptionists to work more quickly and more accurately. The software gets accustomed to dictation styles and builds an inventory of vocabulary to the existing one, developing acumen to deciphering different accents.
